Introducing Exhale Rewards
Every class you book at Exhale already does something for your body. From the 1st August, it does something for you too.
We’re launching Exhale Rewards – a loyalty programme that turns the classes you’re already taking into comp classes and account credit. If you’re booking, you’re earning.
How it works
Every class reservation earns you 10 points, automatically, the moment you attend. Points build up over the quarter, and redemption happens once a quarter – so there’s a clear, regular rhythm to when your rewards land in your account.
The more consistently you practice, the faster you move through the tiers. A twice-a-week regular will clear Resident inside a single quarter; a daily practice gets you into Elite or Icon status even faster.
Taking on our 21 Day Challenge? Every class you complete within the challenge earns double points – 20 instead of 10 – so it’s one of the fastest ways to move up a tier. Read about 21 Day Challenge here
The tiers and how they work
Exhale Resident – 120 points One complimentary class. Twelve classes in, and your next one is on us.
Exhale Elite – 250 points £15 account top-up plus one complimentary class. Enough to cover a chunk of your next block of classes, on top of the class itself.
Exhale Icon – 500 points £25 account top-up plus one complimentary class. Our top tier, reserved for the clients who make Exhale part of their week, every week.
Points are cumulative within the quarter and reset once redeemed, so every quarter is a fresh chance to move up a tier.
Why we built this
Loyalty, to us, isn’t a discount code. It’s a way of saying we notice – the early mornings before work, the Saturday sessions, the classes booked back-to-back with no gaps. Exhale Rewards is our way of putting something tangible behind that.
